There is no guarantee that the applicant will qualify for a grant, however a disabled person will have a higher chance of receiving grant money. If a person has a disability and can meet the other qualifications, there is a possibility they may qualify for other types of grants from the government or non profit organizations. If you have a limited income as well as a disability, you should apply for as many grants for disabled individuals as possible that you may be eligible for. The government provides money as a benefit and you may as well benefit from their generosity!
